Képzéseink az Octoplus távoktatási rendszer segítségével kerülnek lebonyolításra, ahol a képzéshez tartozó tananyagok modulonként elérhetőek minden regisztrált résztvevőnk számára a képzés befejezéséig.
Miért hasznos?
- A többféle jogosultsággal rendelkező rendszer tagjai – képzés résztvevője, oktató, tananyagfejlesztő, képzés koordinátora – a képzés dokumentációs és tartalmai elemeinek szolgáltatásával kísérik végig a résztvevőt a tanulás során.
Kik lehetnek felhasználók?
- A képzés résztvevője, aki eléri a képzéshez kapcsolódó információkat, úgy mint ütemezés, tájékoztató, felnőttképzési szerződés, tananyag. Üzenő falat olvashat, ahol a koordinátor tájékoztat és chat szobát használhat a csoporttal és oktatóval való kapcsolatfelvételre.
- Az oktató, aki a képzés résztvevőjének jogosultságán túl, tananyagot tesz közzé illetve időzíti az ütemezéshez.
- Tananyagfejlesztő a tananyagot rögzíti.
- Koordinátor, aki tartalommal tölti fel a képzéseket a képzéshez kapcsolódó dokumentációval, információkkal. Képzést indít, résztevőket regisztrál, adott képzéshez különböző képzési helyszínnel csoportot generál.

Octoplus – tool for online training
Our trainings are conducted via Octoplus distant learning system, where the education materials are available per moduls for our registrated students until the end of trainings.
Why is it useful?
The members in the system with several types of access – student, tutor, curriculum developer, coordinator – check the participants’ progress during training with the tools of Octoplus program.
Who may be the users?
- Students, who can access the training information (schedule, prospectus, contract of adult education, educational material). They can read the message-wall, where the coordinator informs the participants, and they can enter the chat-room, where they can communicate with the tutors and other students.
- Tutors, who give the access to the students, share the educational materials.
- Curriculum developers, who develop and record the educational materials.
- Coordinators, who upload the documents and information of trainings. They coordinate the trainings, tutors, locations, register the participants.
